I transferred the routes back into MapSource from the Zumo to see, and a few are a little funky, but still workable. I don't understand why they changed at all.

All my trip files are .gdb not GPX...

Everybody keeps suggesting standard 4 pole relays. I guess they don't realize that the /5's relay is actually a "start prevent" relay.

I had to put a generic relay on the bike because the old one was TU.
