I started this thread a ways back and cant believe it is still going so stong. I put the XT500 aside for a year or two and bought a brand new Husky, then sold it about a year later as it just did...

What does everyone here think it is worth? I want to sell it as I cant trust myself anymore on this beast; every bump sets me back a few weeks, so it just has to go... So, $$$$$, how much?

BD LED Tail Light....
One last shot for you inmates that like BD lights.... For those of you that didn't see this, I made the bracket that holds the Tail Light and Blinkers. Couldn' stand the stock plastic plate...

Exhaust
I couldn't stand the mid section heat guard so I just removed it and wrapped the exhaust in 2" Header Tape. There is no issue with heat and in my opinion, looks much better than the Star Wars heat...

Just finished, had about thirty miles on it before I went down.... I was on the '67 Bonneville today, so I will be back on the dirt in a few weeks. But, WOW.... am I sore !! and the bike is hurting.

First Serious Accident.....
25 Years of riding & many dirt falls.... but today was the first serious accident & I happened to be on the 610. We were riding a dry river bed of sorts, littered with 4-6" jagged granite everywhere....
