No it wont..... That topbox is the more expensive Monokey sytem which wont work with Monolock fiting plate. Monolock are the cheaper Givi system.
It needs a Monokey base plate.

Having traded in my S10 for the 09 and got a few miles under its belt, I know 100% I made the right decision in changing.
For me the only things the S10 would win on is riding 2 up and off road.......

Its the same here in the UK. Bikes come with either a 2 or 3 yr warranty. If you sell a bike with part of the warranty period remaining, that warranty transfers to the new owner.
