Try removing the front rotor and cleaning the mounts on the rim and the mounting area of the rotor. I believe its a floating rotor that can cause pulsing when the mounts get gummed up over time....

I bought mine with a cold stall issue. Decided it was at most a $50 fix if the decompression lever needed replacing. Fixed mine just by a thorough cleaning.

Thanks for tips last week. I cleaned the throttle body, actuator, etc. Put in new spark plugs and a fresh battery. Bike idles right every time and runs like a champ:D Other garage projects...
