I did the canyon yesterday on my ( cough ) KLR 650.

It was bitchen, the best ride I've ever taken. There were two short areas where the rocks and sand were a little annoying but other than that......

Old Dale Road

Does anybody have any info on this 4wd road that is in Joshua Tree National Park?

It goes for many miles through the Old Dale Mining district, and I'm wondering about sand, etc.
