Actually you have to check the list... all BMW's are admissible to Canada. You just have to take it to CND tire to have it "safetied" or Canadianized and that there are not recalls.

I haven't seen any...not sure it's worth the expense if you can find them. Just wrap the bar in rubber/silicone tape, tighten the worm clamp and if you want them black add more wrap to the outside.
