Friction losses are 10 - 20%...if you estimate 15%, then crankshaft hp is 127.

Same problem, what worked for me was to tap the brake assembly (part at the wheel) with a rubber mallet. I knew there were air bubbles trapped in some recess in there. I do use a vacuum bleeder.
