The door sticker psi is an auto mfg way of causing a smooth ride.Tire wear does not concern them . They will just refer you to the tire mfg and/or its dealers .

Odd even tire wear on trailing or steer tires . It is a phenomenon that occurs at all positions .

The more aggressive the tread and various geometries, contribute. It occurs on the steer axle...

Add plastic dirt bike fenders front and rear , maybe keep fuel tank (repaint)

If no Moto-historian knows what your spring rated at , any circle track shop could throw it on a spring rater and order or swap for next softer spring .

Only has 1 hose in back unless it's an independent rear .Or 4 wheels steering !

Hose may have a "flapper" inside causing failure to release .hose is $16 ish
here .

Cut it ,the bolt if possible , take motor mounts loose to tilt engine,remove other components ,post pics if I am not understanding situation .
