Look at the gauge of the wire from KTM and use the link to pick a fuse. I be 10 Amp would be a pretty good bet. On my Gold Wing, I use a 15 Amp to power heated Socks, Jacket and gloves.

If you do the full de-smog ... then you block off...

If you do the full de-smog ... then you block off the connector to the the intake manifold (see following pics).
By doing that, you are changing how much air is getting into the intake manifold....

Thanks to everyone of CCCofVT. It was an excellent ride!! 150 outstanding miles on Saturday. I too bagged out on Sunday - cold rain and class IV roads slicker 'n owl poop - not.
