While you are in Curitiba it would be worth getting the bike fully checked. If you are planning on Argentina you need to as a break down will leave you f**ked for spares due to importation controls....

I had an electrical failure in Ushuaia, south of Argentina. The ECU apparently failed in some way that showed an EWS failure. It was not the antenna and the ECU failure was diagnosed by BMW...
