Im 1.95 short and run 1 inch risers (spacer type) and 2 inch rox risers with stock cables. You need to bring the cables up over the frame, under the tank.

I really wish for lowered footpegs :(

you have anything else in done to your motor? My bike does not like going above 7k rpm. Just feels rough. To hit 110, you probably need to run to about 8k rpm.

I had my 950 se for just over half a year and found it to be a great hooligan bike but not much beyond that. It sucks for touring, well it's okay... It's too heavy to in really technical terrain....
