How about these...

I've been using Shure's SE315 for a while now. They work great, come with 3 different sized ear rubbers and foams (I like the foams best for riding), fit well under a helmet and are super heavy duty....

SOG works for me.

I've had 2 Leathermans handle hinges get looser than their wire cutters. Consequently when you try to open the pliers in your hand the handles open instead of the pliers. SOGs camming solved this...

They Do!!

JW Speaker makes a 5 3/4" version right now that is only available through HD dealers with a HD bar and shield in the middle. They plan on releasing a nonHD version, but I don't know when.

I've tried the custom moulded ear plugs and they didn't seal well at all. If I want music I use my Shure earbuds with replacable foam tips. If I want peace on quiet I use regular old Hearos...
