You will need to get an airbox boot that fits the CV carb. You will also need to get the carb engine boot. The sizes are different for the pumper and CV and the locating tabs are different as well....

Not super valuable as those quads were far less popular than the DR350. A quick search on ebay shows that there are NO heads currently being parted, where as there are 3 or 4 DR350 heads.
