I bought a Zeus 2 last year for the same reasons. Only real differences between the two is that my door is on the end, but gets enclosed inside a vestibule; and being a 2 man, it's almost 2ft....

I'd check in to "locals" casinos, Orleans, Gold Coast, Sun Point, Palace Station, etc- off but nearby the strip for really low room rates- right now the Orleans Casino has rooms for $1 a night....
