i got a cheap clutch kit off ebay for about 60-70 dollar i think with new springs, steel and friction plates! quality seems very good and has certainly stopped the slip i was having.

The rims are just plain aluminium, the green is from rim tape.
the exhaust cam ate into the journal and caused excessive wear on the shims because the excess clearance.


on them acerbis tanks...

always planned to give it a shot and once i had a few quid to spare i ordered myself a sqr meter of carbon fibre cloth and resin i also got fibre glass cloth as some parts needed reinforcing....

it was while turning it over that i noticed the T mark...

i tightened that bolt pretty hard! when the plug is grounded against the engine it sparks constantly but il rip the cover off tomorrow and just check things in there anyway for the sakes of it.

carb off and stripped it down clean air passageways and jets with cleaner and
compressed air. reset the float height...

one way clutch for ring gear is fecked so need to get the rotor off to get at it (have a rotor, ring gear and clutch assembly coming to me so rotor is scrap anyway.
