I've heard you are not supposed to mix stainless steel brake lines and rubber. Is this just a myth or are you not supposed to do it?

not the normal, i've had the bike for almost 3 years. i'm used to the normal shifting, but this is not normal the gauge is shifting almost 1/2 inch inside the housing.

klr spedo gauge seems to have come loose

before i start ripping things apart, my spedo gauge seems to have come loose. It still works but is moving all around while driving. what part has come loose now?? :dunno

just broke klr shit lever

I just broke my shift lever on my KLR 650. What is the going thought on the best replacement. I have around a 11 1/2 to size 12 foot and have always had a hard time shifting with the stock one.

I wear an 11 1/2. but have a narrow foot. they say the CBT are 11s but most sidis that they say are 11s are 46 which is an 11 1/2 let me know what yall think.

ok point taken, it needs a valve check anyway, might as well have tire put on. unless I can find someone in SA that wants to have a tech day. I think its about time to do the regular KLR mods.
