It is the Acerbis. Mine has almost doubled the range. They are approx 13l vs 7.5 for the stock one. Actually designed for the pre '08 models. But can be made to fit '09+ quite easily.

It is possible but I don't believe it is worth the time or the money. They are a very low quality design and the cost is just not worth it. I wouldn't even waste money putting a better spring on it....

You can use a clutch cable from a late model KLR650, they are 4" longer. I have 2" Rox Risers and am about to add risers like yours to make it a little taller up front. I had to order custom (+4")...

TT, I had to do the same to the head gasket of my KLR when I used a 1mm OS piston from Wossner. I just used a fine sanding drum on my Dremel. I marked it first with a very fine Sharpie. :wink:
