There have been many questions asked in the past regarding hard or soft panniers, advantages/dissadvantages...

I fitted braided brake lines to the R1100 GS...
I fitted braided brake lines to the R1100 GS about 6 years ago...they were made in the UK and I have never had any issues at rego inspection time....BMW i believe fit braided lines to the 1200 GSA...
