The RLE is made to fit the FXR (Low Rider) chassis, the TLE fits the FL chassis.(Electra Glide) The tubs are the same but the frame fits different bikes.

Actually it won't be that big, or that cool. What Harley needs is an entry level motorcycle to replace the Blast. They need it for their Rider's Edge course. Harley can't very well offer a premium...
