I run with some pretty fast guys and the plain 'ol Tourance keeps up with them just fine. No squirm unless I am truly hamfisted, and last a long time. Not sure why I'd ever need more.

I just got a rib shirt at the end of the season. Haven't ridden with it, but have fitted the armor. Super hard and good coverage, I think it will work great with my Klim jacket.

I too would recommend the 4.7. I had the 3.1 for the TAT and not only carried an extra bladder, but often had to "plan" gas for the day. The NEXT time I do the TAT I'll have a 4.7 on my WRR.

On a GS, the valve stem is offset on the rear. You could try to use a tube but it may rip the valve stem out of the tube.
