What is everyone using for top cases? I was looking a the pelican but am looking for suggestions. I would like to be able to put a laptop in it and maybe a change of cloths for commuting to work.

If the pump is truely the issue a vortex isn't going to help it. If there are other underlying problems that the ecu is causing I can see the vortex solving all these problems.
