SAS can be turned off in the software (junk behind the airbox), the Charcoal canister can not. If you pulled the junk in front of the airbox, you need to put a resistor in to clear the code.

I think 90% or the riders here would be guilty as well as the dozens of cars last year....doesn't seem like it would be a big risk based on the amount of use the road had last year.

I don't know if it will ever "officially" open, but even closed last year I sure enjoyed it numerous times. The gates where up, but never locked, and they are easy to ride around.
