What I was talking about was a "pay as you go" phone plan. Just add money/time when you run low. No contract or anything. It's the simplest way I thought. I guess I wasn't clear enough.

For that situation I think a hammer and a chisel is the usual method. Set the chisel in near the edge and hammer it to unscrew it. Worked for me and on the new plug I used anti-seize.

Maybe it was the Acerbis universal trials front fender. @ $27 it's a heck of a lot cheaper than the OEM fender. Might as well save the original so it's in good shape if you ever sell the bike, IMO.
