One advantage of the little TW with low power and basic suspension is that it forces us to ride slow and enjoy the view.

I let my bike idle on choke while I put my helmet and gloves on and then ride away gently.
No hard acceleration or high revs and after a few miles I turn the choke off....

Keep in mind that while the swingarm may be wide enough, the tire needs to clear the chain also.
The side knobs can be shaved if necessary and that might give enough room.
