I have the ROX Risers and they are great as they take 7/8 or 1 1/8 bars. As Trev said the Hoey suspension upgrade is fantastic. I also have these rear and pannier racks...

Yes the $900 spent with Hoey was great and transformed the bikes handling. I have stock exhaust and after riding DRTrev's bike with a Staintune it is worth the money as you noticeably feel the power...

I use a Twin Air filter and it seems to be a better fit than the standard filter. I just put grease (lots of it) on the lip and wiggle it around to seat it and then feel for gaps. No problem to date...

Hell I'm lucky i have only ever gone to a private hostpital....and with out problems to date. Also helps my wife is a Theatre Nurse and knows all the surgeons who have operated on me
