I had good luck renting a Harley from the dealer in Scottsdale, AZ. You are not going to be able to take it on gravel, but it would work well for a trip to Sedona - you could ride to the trail heads...

They are 32". I can't tell the OD exactly, but it looks to be 7/8. I am now thinking they are MSR Profile Carbon Steel handlebars (fairly cheap).
