16,500 on the rear, with no steel showing. The front is still going and I expect another 4 to 5,000 on it. I'm pretty careful to check pressures and try to keep the load light.

I have a Sergent for my '04 Adventure. It's a tight fit and I have to put pressure on the top to get it to latch. I put a little bit of spray silicon on the latch mechanism, and that helped.
