I have been doing the spacer on the wrong side!!! Copying the 2010 wheel page I found on the interweb for my 08 service manual. Thanks for your input!

Brake caliper doesn't want to clear its swing arm mounts - that & the deformed left seal make me fear I've twisted something...
Buell XT owner/ pro mechanic is gonna visit & look at it tomorrow...

just thought i'd get a spare out of it & shoot for 30k plus on this latest generation belt.
got in on, but have a gap between the rear spkt & belt. i think it will align itself when i get rolling....

The air out here in the summer - it sucks! It doesn't get much nastier than TTC in Sequatchie during July LOL.

You could just do some jet swaps in your carb - same carb body...
I have all the jets if anyone wants to buy em as Ben just swapped a spare carb onto...
