I used this stuff on my skid plated. It's an automotive sound deadener meant for fender wells, trunks, etc. Sprayed the whole can on in about 5-6 coats. Made a huge difference on mine.

Thanks. I used the two straps on the Giant Loop around the dry bag. It leaves a good bit of room on the rack for more stuff if needed.
