These bikes are a true hand crafted race machine that aren't refined to the point of mass production. The bikes were only sold to Dakar competitors who would of serviced them daily during the event....

If the black part that goes into the carb on the end of the cable is broken or not seated correctly it will pull the choke on even if the lever on the bar is fully off. I'd check that.
