I'm pretty sure smaller one in pic 2 has to do with the rear brake light. Just can't find what it would plug in to.

Does anyone know if someone makes a combination siphon / pump that could be hooked up to a compressor? I'm thinking for draining a gas tank or for filling differential oil, but with just one tool.
