Point taken clay spinner. Thanks. Although al the rubber components on this bike is in 100% condition. The maintenance on the bike was done by an old airhead mechanic that is a fanatic. :D

What would this G/S be worth?

Difficult question I know. How long is a piece of string? What is a buyer willing to pay? I have a 1981 G/S with 4200km since new. Would something like this have more value than a G/S with lets say...

There is some really interesting examples of tanks on the G/S. I love it, thanks guys. Please post some more. Some of these tanks will put the 1200 GSA squad to shame with being tanker ships!:D

I got myself a R100GS 24 liter tank for my G/S! Now the question is? How should the design look on the tank? My G/S is a '81 model, with standard tank, red double seat and blue, blue decals on tank....

What is the correct way to replace the gearshift lever and the part that goes into the gearbox. I took mine out on a G/S and I am not sure how to place it when tightning so that I have all 5 gears...
