The rack and the lid rails are additions. The sand cast frame is pretty cool, along with the fact that the engine is a stress member of the frame, there is no frame connecting the goose neck.

The crash bar is a two piece design, the chrome side piece and a steel cross bar has a plastic cover on top of it. It is pretty solid but probably not as solid as a one piece design.
