They're made by TOPs, called the Tom Brown tracker knife. I'm not a fan, but there are people who like them. I think they just try too do too much and don't really do anything well....

I think the 03 has already been sold but the mileage difference was around 6-7K.. so 10K on the 03s and around 17-18K on the 06s.. Price difference was 4700 vs 6200/6400.
