When checking the fuel filter, MAKE SURE THE FUEL LINE ITSELF IS NOT TWISTED!! This happened to my dad's 84 shadow once and caused some havoc, i.e. stalling, loss of power, etc.

I've never used lacquer on engine parts -- how long will it last? Your carb tops now look brand new & it kinda motivates me to try it out on my bike!
