The "C" model cylinder presses apart where the "R" has to be recoated or buy a new on. I would buy a new one as the price is not that much different.

A 140 will fit in but cause the rims are narrow it tends to roll the tyre on the top surface. I try to keep in the 120 - 130 bracket. I think they are a 110 rim.
