Cool, looks like the pro-circuit is a bit cheaper than fmf and has different tips you can use to tune to your liking. Are you running a quiet tip of any sort?

Yeah I've seen the z1 mod but lighter is really my primary objective. I'm currently leaning towards the fmf with quiet core. Just wondering who's gone down that route and if the noise was acceptable....

Have you tried heat? If you can find a short piece of steel pipe (thicker wall the better) that fits snug in the end of the exhaust, you should be able to heat the exhaust and pop the end cap right...

I installed a 127.5 main and a 40.5 pilot today...

I installed a 127.5 main and a 40.5 pilot today as well as removing the brass plug and turnng the pilot air screw(?) out to 2.5 turns (it was at 2 stock). Not sure if it made much difference running...
