Front Sprocket
Impact driver was the key. New 15t is on, and as others have said, what a difference. It feels like im always in the powerband now and lifting the front is much easier. :D

The new map that was installed just recently somehow had reverted to the old shipped firmware after a couple days of riding. The new map has been reinstalled and the bike is back...

Regarding the stepper motor/stalling issue... So, is this possibly a warrenty fix? Or something they will ream me for over 2hrs labor and some un-needed part that just had to be cleaned?

@Mark, yes it is a double spring but it's not that beefy. I will definitely be upgrading that part on mine this weekend to improve the tension and reduce slap when it gets bumpy.
