It will work for Nav'ing a Roadbook (if you are using an RB, Alcan allow for GPS use also, right?). For RB you need an odo that can be adjusted up or down, this does that.

I'm sure you already know this but, your fork protector rings are missing. The plastic fork guards will quickly wear into that aluminium with out the rings in place, especially when they get dirty.
