Hey Andi
FYI , don't do what I did , I had a filter sock over the UNI and just cleaned that and ignored the foam since it looked clean .
It was full of dirt when I got around to cleaning it after my 950...

put a sock on it ...
get a bunch of " filter skins " and swap them out when dirty . 1 to 2k mi. .
this keeps the Uni clean .

Finally went this week ...
Slow leak for two years just turned into a big one with no damping now ...
2,000 miles loaded Utah desert trip just finished it off with a pogoing finaley . :doh

pull a plug
On my 950 ADV pulling the back plug took some compression off making it easier to roll backwards , one time it cranked with the starter after removing that plug .
If I fill my tanks then park it...

This works ...
A few minutes with a Dremmel .Belt sander to finish . 3M dual lock strips . Industrial heat gun or stove top to shape a bit . Equals a mini Laminar lip that's not hard to look at . And it works ....
