I have the Protaper HIGH ATV bars mounted on 2" bar risers and the stock cables work fine...once they are re-routed.

I did that several years ago but it seems to me that I had to switch the cables...

I have both of them (both from ProCycle) and I think the Clymer is just a copy of the Suzuki with their own chapters added on tools, etc.
(The Clymer book is half the price though)
