However, the spade connectors that were crimped onto the ballast were skinnier then the standard width, so I did need to remove them and attach wider ones.

Well, for anyone curious.

I can confirm that the H3 bulb does NOT fit w/ the Euro headlight on the KTM990.
The heat sink extends to far back, and makes contact with the fairing stay.

The AutoTune is trimming based on whatever values the 02 sensors are picking up. I do not believe the ECU is passing any data TO the PCV + Autotune....
