I definitely recommend badweb but check grounds and ECU connections and start there. It's amazing what can happen to a Buell that has issues with either of those areas.

Depending on the amount of oil on the fork legs - I use a little fork oil to help the seals slide over the fork tubes. That oil can get left on the legs. You are probably talking about a lot of oil...
