I'd say the Bonneville has been the most successful out of the group you have listed. The local dealer says they sell more Bonnies than any other model, more than some of the other Euro brand lines...

They are very easy to work on, will hit 100mph, get good MPG, are water cooled for stop and go traffic, have tubeless tires, and are cheap to insure/maintain. I put 12k on one in a year...
