I was the same. Spent $20 on a piece of sheepskin and can now do 12 hour days on the stock seat. Amazing difference and the best bang for the buck mod I've ever done.

I put 15,000 kms on my Wee and it was rock solid. Finally needed new shoes so I got some Conti Trail Attacks and immediately had the wobble. Check the front tire and don't but Trail Attacks.

Thanks for all the replys. It's all good news. Canadian bikes must have daytime running lights and the speedo and odometer must be in kilometers, so it sounds like importing will be straight forward....
