Here I thought NJ was out of their mind when they woke up one day and realized $32.50 was "not enough" for "luxury" registrations like motorcycles...so they doubled it to $65.

The argument is: If you lose $4k for every 40k you put on the bike, it is the same whether you put those 40k on your current bike and bring it up to 80k or you put them on a brand new bike and sell...

There's certainly nothing wrong with following the manufacturer's recommended schedule. Just think, if you had just about any bike other than a Yamaha the valve adjustment would have been required...

I just checked gasbuddy...in my area the difference between Regular 87 and Premium 93 is about $.30 per gallon. Generally when I fill the S10, it takes about 5 gallons....

That's really only true if they are at 0 clearance. Simply tighter than spec (but still with clearance) won't be an issue at cold start...once everything warms up and expands though...
