The blades will not draw/pull enough air thru the radiator.
Not even if you make a fancy bracket, that holds 2 fans and work on it for 3 days.... :D

You tear it to pieces... Check the Idle. (big knob on right side of carb.) Adjust it. It should be 1300-1500 rpm.
