I'm guessing this is operator error. If you do not let the shifter re-center after each shift it will not reset the shifting mechanism for the next gear. It operates like a ratchet. :D

I changed out the gearing to get better off-road performance. Did the D606's and the gearing at the same time. The D606 rear is a tight fit, the front even tighter if you have a low fender like mine....
