Thanks FLICKIT. I will post some photos of the seat when it is done. Here is a photo of a similar seat on a DR. The one for the WR will not go up on the tank as far and should look a bit better IMHO....

I've done a search for anyone using a Russell Day Long seat on their WR250R and have not found any info. I just got a new 2015 and my off road stuff is mostly non-techical gravel and paved backroads....

Well looks like mine and others predictions are slowly coming true...another new 1200 boxer with conventional forks. Bet he 2016 RT is next followed by the GS line. :1drink
