Non-Hardening Hylomar Permatex Sealant, this stuff works well. I don't use it on the BMW but it does well on my TR6(car) for the valve cover leaks. Cleans up way easier than permatex #2

you can split the two pot brembo w/ no problems.It's an easy task...not so with a four pot from a R/K1100XX, you can split them, but keeping them from leaking is an issue... I'd do the four pot...

I had an R65 tank, it's taller at th eback and hold a half gallon more gas than the stock G/S tank. I can see why you'd want to go to the smaller tank. HPN tank is still my choice as it doesn't dent.
